Mr. Necoechea is Grupo Televisa's ESG Sustainability Manager and is a sought after speaker on energy economy,  sustainability and climate finance. He has advised governments on energy and sustainability projects, and conducted research for King's College London's European Centre for Energy and Resource Security.
